Traditional Services
We are a fully
equipped studio.
All of our services
are taught using
Gratz equipment.
Pilates equipment
was developed by
Joseph Pilates to
assist the body in
finding the muscles
of the Powerhouse
more easily. The
resistance against
one's own body weight
allows the body to get stronger faster.
Private Sessions
Private sessions are 50-60 minutes of one-on-one instruction
on the Reformer, mat and various other apparatus with a
focus on individual need.
Duet Sessions
Similar to the private sessions with two people.
Trio Group Classes
These authentic Pilates classes are very small, no more than 3
people in each class. The class is similar to our privates and
duets in that Reformer, mat and other apparatus are
incorporated. While not as much personal attention as in the
private and duet formats, there is still a good amount of personal
instruction due to the small class size.
GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE...*
*If you do not have an appointment to attend a group class you
are welcome to drop in. If dropping in, there is the risk that class
will be full. It is recommended that you call the day before or day
of to ensure that there is availability.
