Private Sessions
Private sessions are 50-60 minutes of one-on-one instruction
on the Reformer, mat and various other apparatus with a
focus on individual need.
Duet Sessions
Similar to the private
sessions with two people.
Trio Classes
Three people in each class. Classes are equipment based. The
equipment assists the body in finding the muscles of the
powerhouse, thus leading to faster results than a standard mat
class. Not as much focus can be paid on individual need so each
client must have developed a foundation by taking a series of
private lessons*. (in certain cases an evaluation can be made to
determine if private lessons are not necessary in order to join a
class).
Classes are Tuesday 5:00, Wednesday 5:00 and Friday 10:00,
12:00, 4:00
Mat Classes $15
Beginner Mondays @ 5:00
Intermediate/Advanced Saturdays @ 9:00
